Complete and submit the form and make your entry fee payment of £80. PLEASE NOTE YOUR PLACE WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU PAY.
Adult Tournament (ONLY have players that are age 16+) 9.30am - 1.30pm
Vets Tournament (ONLY have players that are age 35+) 2pm - 6.00pm
BBQ, Bar and Tuck Shop will be in operation.
Both age groups will play 6 a side with a max 10 players per squad.
Format will be Round Robin followed by Knock Out stages.
Parking is free and is off the north end of the High Street. There is a small road to next to 154 The High Street MK11 1AW, which leads to the main Stony football pitch.

*NO BBQ – drinks/snacks/BBQ food will be on sale
*NO Alcohol to be brought to the tournament
*Please could spectators stick to the spectator area for setting up camp. There are to be no gazebos or spectators inside the railing of our main first team pitch.
Pitch allocations and specific match timings/groups will be available on the day of the tournament and not before.
We expect all teams to have their own first aid kit and trained first aider with them.
Each team will need to provide a match ball if they are classed as the home team.
Cancellations/Refunds - No refunds can be given if you withdraw your team.
In the event that the tournament is cancelled or postponed, or we are not able to offer you a place, a refund will be given. We hope you understand the complexities of running a tournament, hence we need to be strict to ensure it goes ahead as planned.
