Tournament Information / Rules
Age Groups will be as played as in the current 2025-2026 season.
U7s and U8s will be non-competitive and play 5v5.
U9s - U16s will be competitive and play 6v6.
Max 10 players per squad.
Teams will be placed into groups of 6, with the top 4 progressing to semi-finals/finals for competitive age groups. We will not be able to provide details of who is each group until the day of the tournament, and this cannot be changed. We'll allocate teams to groups of similar divisions, and we apologise in advance if we are unable to accommodate all teams because of this. We do all we can to group teams fairly, based on ability, for balanced and enjoyable competition.
All players must be club-registered players and evidence must be provided if required.
Each team is permitted 2 guest players (proof of DOB required on the day)
Strictly no academy players please. This will lead in disqualification of the whole team.
Anyone found to have given false information when applying may be removed from the tournament on the day.
This is all the information available currently. A pitch map will be available the week before the tournament.
Cancellations/Refunds
Registration fee is £55 per team, payable in advance. No refunds can be given if you withdraw your team.
Structure
First Game 9am AM for the morning session or 2pm for the afternoon session
All morning teams are to be registered by 8.30am at the main stand and afternoon teams by 1.45pm.
Managers briefing at 8.50am or 1.50pm on your pitch, which will be allocated to you on the day.
Managers - please arrive one hour before your tournament start time to ensure you are set up, registered and had your briefing in time. The tournament will start promptly.
PARKING
We would encourage everyone to walk, cycle or car share where possible, as the parking in Stony is limited.
Parking on site is off the north end of the High Street. There is a small road to next to 154 The High Street MK11 1AW, which leads to the main Stony football pitch. Please note that this parking will fill quickly. £7 per car
If parking on the street, please do so legally and do not park on any grass verge.

Please note that every adult (incl. Managers and Coaches) will be asked to pay £3 entrance fee. Managers will receive a voucher to claim a free bacon roll (whilst available) and/or a cheeseburger/hot dog from the BBQ stand as a thank you for choosing our tournament, and for everything you do for grassroots football during the year.
***THERE WILL BE CARD MACHINES FOR FOOD BUT PLEASE REMEMBER TO ASK PARENTS TO BRING CASH FOR THE ENTRANCE FEE***

*NO BBQ – drinks/snacks/BBQ food will be on sale
*NO Alcohol to be brought to the tournament
*Please could spectators stick to the spectator area for setting up camp. There are to be no gazebos or spectators inside the railing of our main first team pitch.
Pitch allocations and specific match timings/groups will be available on the day of the tournament and not before.
We expect all teams to have their own first aid kit and trained first aider with them. Please do come to the First Aid desk in the stand, however, if you need any assistance.
