League Membership Application Form Paisley Johnstone & District YFL Competitive Teams Application and Checklist Season 2026/27
Fees for this season are:-
· Existing teams £64
· New teams to the league fees are £84 per team
Please note:- by Registering for the season, the Team Manager is agreeing to the following:-
1. To be contactable by email by the League Secretary and by text or phone by the Match Secretary. Make sure you check your emails regularly.
2. To keep your Club Treasurer informed of any monies owed by your Team ID.
3. To keep other officials informed of any communications that the League Secretary/Disciplinary Secretary has issued
4.Confirmed that all officials have completed the Child Wellbeing Course and Mental Health Course.
5. Confirmed that the team has a qualified coach to 1.2 Youth & Adult Level.
6. Confirm that all volunteers have a PVG
7. Confirm all first aiders have the correct PVG.
8. Confirm that your first aiders have a first aid certificate beyond June 2027
9. Checking Comet to retreive information on games and referees.
No Refund Policy:
Registration fees are non-refundable. Teams that withdraw or leave the league at any stage after registering will not be entitled to a refund.
League Entry Approval:
Submission of a registration form does not guarantee acceptance into the league. All applications will be reviewed by the executive committee, who reserve the right to approve or decline any application at their discretion. Teams will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible.
Division Selection: please select the best division you think your team is suited to. Existing teams will be reviewed and moved up or down as seen fit by points and 25/26 league standings. New teams should play some of our existing teams in friendly matches to gauge which is the best division for your team.
In order to be compliant teams need to have 1x1.2 youth and adult coach, 1x first aider, 1 x Team Manager as a minimum. You also must have players added to the competition catalogue and all officials associated with the team added to Comet before teams will be looked at by the committee.
