Prize Draw Rules
Effective from 1st January 2025 these terms and conditions (“Rules”) apply to any and all prize draws (“Prize Draws”) promoted by Dunmanway Town Soccer Club (“Promoter”) and hosted on the TeamFeePay platform, which is operated by Concept Apps Limited (“TeamFeePay”). TeamFeePay allows football clubs and other organisations to organise and administer Prize Draws for their members and supporters to help raise funds for the Club.
PLEASE READ THESE RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING ANY PRIZE DRAW TO WHICH THESE RULES APPLY. BY ENTERING A PRIZE DRAW, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES, WHICH CONSTITUTE A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND THE PROMOTER.
THE PROMOTER
1. The Promoter of the Prize Draw is Dunmanway Town Soccer Club. The Promoter is responsible for creating, managing, and advertising the Prize Draw, including setting the entry fees, determining the prizes, and distributing the prize to the winner.
ELIGIBILITY
2. In order to be eligible to enter a Prize Draw, you must:
- a. be aged 18 or over;
- b. a legal resident of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern
Ireland (excluding Isle of Man and Channel Islands);
- c. not an employee of TeamFeePay.
3. You may be required to provide proof to confirm your eligibility at any stage during the prize draw.
HOW TO ENTER
4. The Prize Draw Entry Page contains all the details about the Prize Draw (one-off and/or recurring draws), including the prize(s) on offer, entry fees (if applicable), and the entry period. Please review this information carefully before entering, as it will guide you on how to participate, how to ensure your entry is valid and what the prizes are.
5. To enter a Prize Draw, you must:

1. Enter via the Prize Draw Entry Page
- (i) Visit the Prize Draw Entry Page for the Prize Draw on the TeamFeePay platform associated with the applicable Promoter.
- (ii) Select the entry fee amount and follow the instructions to complete your entry.
- (iii) You will be required to provide your full name, contact phone number, email address, and payment details.
- (iv) Once your payment is processed, you will automatically receive the number of entries you purchased, and your participation will be confirmed.
- (v) You may enter multiple times depending on the rules for that specific Prize Draw, as set out on the Prize Draw Entry Page.

For recurring subscription-based Prize Draws, where payments are not received on time or fail to be made, your entry will not be valid for the applicable Prize Draw. You are responsible for ensuring that you have made any recurring subscription-based payments on time and in full.

2. Enter via Postal Entry
- (i) You can enter by sending a postcard or letter to the Promoter’s postal address (as set out on the Postal Entry section).
- (ii) Include your full, legal name, home address (no PO box addresses accepted), email address, phone number, and the name of the Prize Draw you wish to enter.
- (iii) Postal entries are limited to one (1) entry per envelope.
- (iv) Upon receipt and processing, your postal entry will be considered valid for the specified Prize Draw. The entrant is solely responsible for ensuring that their Postal Entry is received by the Promoter within the applicable Prize Draw entry period.

Your postal entry must be received by the Promoter before the specified closing date. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered valid for that Prize Draw, regardless of the date of posting.
WINNER SELECTION
6. The method of winner selection will be via an automatic randomised draw. The draw will take place after the closing date, which is specified on the Prize Draw Entry Page. The closing date will be clearly displayed, and the winner will be selected after this date.
7. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry (via email or phone) within 7 days of the draw closing.
8. If the winner does not respond or claim the prize within 7 days from the date of notification, a new winner (via randomized draw) will be selected, and the original winner will forfeit their right to the prize.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to choose a new winner (via randomised draw) if the original winner fails to respond or is ineligible to claim the prize within the specified time frame.
PRIZES
10. The Prize will be determined by the Promoter and shall be stated on the Prize Draw Entry Page, where these Rules are featured or linked to (“Prize”).
11. All Prize descriptions (including any photographs or similar) are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact nature of the Prize. The Promoter is responsible for providing all information about the Prize.
12. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative form, unless stated otherwise by the Promoter.
PUBLICITY
13. If you are selected as a winner, you agree that your initials, last name, and county of residence may be used by the Promoter and their affiliates in all media for publicity purposes.
14. The Promoter may choose to announce the winner on their social media accounts. Before any announcement is made, you will have the opportunity to opt out.
DATA PROTECTION
15. Any personal information and materials submitted as part of your entry will be collected for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw, including winner selection and prize delivery and handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
16. Your data may be shared with TeamFeePay solely for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw on behalf of the Promoter.
17. If you consent to receive marketing communications from TeamFeePay, such consent and processing of your data will be handled in accordance with the TeamFeePay Privacy Policy.
THE LEGAL BITS
18. While the Promoter strives to provide accurate and timely information, all dates and times mentioned in these terms and conditions are subject to change. The Promoter nor TeamFeePay will be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by changes to the schedule or dates, even with short notice. By entering, you release the Promoter and TeamFeePay (including their affiliates, directors, and employees) from any claims for injury, damage, theft, or loss arising from your participation, except where caused by negligence.
19. The Promoter has full discretion in all matters related to the Prize Draw. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and binding, and no further correspondence will be entered into, except as stated in these terms and conditions.
20. These Rules do not grant any third party the right to enforce or benefit from any provision herein, in accordance with the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or postpone the Prize Draw or prize at any time without notice, especially in cases of unforeseen circumstances or changes in applicable law.
22. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant at their discretion if the entrant or their entry fails to comply with these Rules or if the Promoter reasonably believes that the entrant has acted inappropriately, fraudulently, or dishonestly in connection with the Prize Draw.
23. If any part of these Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, that part will be removed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
24. These Rules are governed by the laws of the country in which the Promoter is located and all entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
